Nigel Jackson

Nigel Jackson has a diverse culinary background, having worked as a cook in several establishments including East Side Marios Restaurant and Planet Organic, where responsibilities included food preparation, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. Experience as a line cook was gained at Windsor Rose pub and Bearspaw Country Club, where Nigel performed tasks such as cooking and dishwashing. Currently, Nigel Jackson is employed as a mechanical assembler at NOV, beginning in April 2023.
