Phi Le

Phi Le is currently the Engineering Director at National Oilwell Varco, where they manage the Regional-Engineering organization supporting the development of drilling products across the Eastern Hemisphere. With an extensive background in the Oil & Gas industry since 1988, Phi has held pivotal roles at Schlumberger, Diamant Drilling Services, and SecurityDBS, among others. Phi's international experience spans multiple regions, including Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle-East, where they are known for building highly effective multicultural teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions. Phi is also pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rice University.
