Richard Rivera

Richard Rivera has over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Director of PDC Cutter Development at NOV since May 2010, where previous roles include PDC Technology Engineering Manager, Product Line Manager, Product Line Champion, and Product Line Engineer. Prior to NOV, Richard worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Audubon Engineering and held a part-time position as a Remote Monitoring and Diagnostic Technician at GE. Richard began a professional career with an internship at ReedHycalog and served in the US Army as a Noncommissioned Officer and Medical Laboratory Technician from June 2001 to June 2006. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas at Brownsville and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UAH.
