Robert Costo has over 25 years of work experience in various engineering management roles. Robert began their career at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America as a Product Consultant, where they led the design and development of electric forklifts and conducted competitor analysis. Robert then joined Baker Hughes as a Sr. Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple engineering groups and leading process improvement initiatives in PDC drill bit manufacturing. After that, they worked at Schlumberger as an Engineering Manager, providing leadership and product development support for drilling equipment. At Halliburton, they served as a Sr. Engineering Manager, leading a team in the development and maintenance of pulser technologies and SDL equipment. Currently, they are employed at National Oilwell Varco as a Vice President of Product Engineering - ReedHycalog, where they oversee product engineering and is responsible for materials and processes. Overall, Robert has a strong background in engineering management and a proven track record of success in product development and process improvement.

Robert Costo attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
