Robert Gussman, CHMM, is currently the Area HSE Manager at National Oilwell Varco, where they assist leadership and provide expertise to develop and implement strategies aligned with the company’s HSE objectives. Previously, Robert served as President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals from 2003 to 2004, and held various safety and managerial roles at companies such as Stewart & Stevenson, Six Flags, and Baker Hughes. They earned their educational credentials at Lamar University from 1988 to 1990.
