Robert S. Welborn

Robert S. Welborn has been the Director at NOV since November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at General Motors from January 2018 to November 2020. From March 2009 to December 2017, they were the AVP Innovation, Data Scientist, and Enterprise Data and Analytics Office at USAA. Robert was also the Quantitative Research & Risk Management at Nicholas Investment Partners from May 2007 to February 2009 and the Graduate Research Assistant at The World Bank from December 2004 to June 2006. Welborn started their career as a Senior Consultant at Perot Systems Corp. from August 1996 to April 2007 and then became an Inventory Processing Supervisor at Neiman Marcus from June 1995 to August 1996.

After Robert S. Welborn graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Engineering, they went on to get their MBA in Finance from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management.
