Roslynn Blane

Roslynn Blane is an HR Business Partner with Chartered MCIPD status, currently working at NOV since 2025. They previously held various roles at National Oilwell Varco, including HR Central Representative and HR Advisor. Roslynn also gained experience as a bartender during their studies and served as Managing Director for the Young Enterprise Company. They hold a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management with Distinction from Robert Gordon University, where they also completed their BA Honours in Management with HR Management.
