Roy McIntyre

Roy McIntyre is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at National Oilwell Varco since 2007. McIntyre successfully executed a turnaround of the Complete Fabrication Supplies Budget, improving it from 34% over budget to 40% under budget. In a previous role as General Manager, McIntyre lived in Brazil, overseeing the construction and management of a $54MM fabrication plant while managing various operational aspects. As a Quality Manager, McIntyre led quality assurance initiatives, achieving ISO 9001 certifications for two facilities. Prior military experience includes serving as a Cavalry Officer in the United States Army from 1998 to 2005. McIntyre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Texas A&M University.
