Luis C. Silva began their professional career at Banco Bradesco in 1985, progressing to the role of Gerente Administrativo before departing in 1996. In 1997, they transitioned to Pint Jat Serviços Ltda as Gerente de Produção until 2001, overseeing operations related to inspection, repair, and maintenance of drilling risers. Silva has since been with National Oilwell Varco, starting as a contract manager and currently serving as Gerente Comercial, where they manage commercial activities and contracts, particularly with Petrobras. Silva holds a degree in Administração de Empresas from Universidade Unigranrio, completed in 2017.
