Stephen Gauntt

Stephen Gauntt is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Riser Tooling Engineering Manager at NOV since March 2008, where responsibilities include leading a team in the design and development of drilling riser products and addressing subsea riser system challenges. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the design and testing of offshore drilling riser systems, which included international travel for system integration testing. Stephen began his career as a Programmer/Systems Support at Integrated Distribution Services, creating custom software solutions, and also conducted research in microfluidics as a graduate student at Texas A&M University. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an Associate's degree from Northern Essex Community College.
