Thomas Masson is currently the Global Tier 1 Manager for Technical Equipment Support Services at NOV, where they lead a global team and manage all operational activities related to aftermarket services. Previously, Thomas served as a TESS Global Shift Supervisor and Mechanical Service Engineer at National Oilwell Varco, providing technical support and overseeing global operations. Thomas started their career as an Apprentice Plant Engineer at GAP Group Limited, winning awards for outstanding performance, before progressing to a Workshop/Field Service Engineer. They have also held the position of Plant Engineer at Castlebridge Plant Limited and are pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from Arden University.
