Will Dowell is currently the VP Manufacturing & SCM at National Oilwell Varco, where they oversee manufacturing and supply chain operations. Will has previously held roles such as Operations Director and Global Service After Sales Manager at NOV, and Production Manager at Elmar Services, leading significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer service. Their early career included a position as a Manufacturing Engineer at Marconi PLC, where they successfully reduced manufacturing downtime and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Will holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Design and Manufacture from Plymouth University.
