Manolis Grigorakis

Manolis Grigorakis has a strong background in technology and network operations. Manolis is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Nova since May 2022. Prior to this, Manolis worked at VICTUS Networks from March 2014 to May 2022, where they held the position of Head of Network Operation and Maintenance. In this role, they were responsible for operating and maintaining Vodafone and Wind Radio networks, managing network surveillance, incident/change/problem management, network updates/upgrades, and integration of new network elements and services. Before joining VICTUS Networks, Manolis worked at Vodafone Greece for several years in various managerial roles related to Core Network Operations, Network and Service Operations, Core and IP Network Management, and Radio and Packet Network Management.

Manolis Grigorakis holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which they obtained from 1987 to 1992. Manolis then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electronics and Radio Communications at the same university from 1992 to 1994. Later, they attended the Athens University of Economics and Business, where they earned a Diploma in Business Administration for Vodafone Executives from 2003 to 2005. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Business from the Athens University of Economics and Business between 2008 and 2010.
