At Nova Care Group, we provide safe, consistent and genuinely supportive care placements for children and young people under 25.

We specialise in supporting young people who have experienced trauma, exploitation, instability and repeated placement breakdowns. Too often, we’ve found they’ve been defined by labels or behaviours rather than understood as individuals.

Our small, consistent support teams deliver 24/7 person-centred, trauma-informed care, incorporating coaching and mentoring. Our approach not only restores stability, routine and trust to a young person’s life, but also equips them with the confidence, knowledge and skills to thrive into adulthood.

Shaped by real life experience, we believe every young person deserves safety, consistency and someone who will never give up on them.

Our work is guided by our SHAPE values:
Striving for Excellence
Honesty and Integrity
Acting with Care
Person-Centred Approach
Empowering Shared Action.

Our people live our SHAPE values every day. Each shares a unique combination of incredible kindness and compassion, alongside the resilience to meet the emotional demands of supporting young people who have experienced trauma. Their dedication is driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in young people’s lives. We know our people pour their all into their work, so supporting them, encouraging professional curiosity, and providing the tools they need to create the impact they care so deeply about is always a priority.
