Sergey Men is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Co-Founder at NOVA CHEF since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sergey held the position of Managing Director at BISUSHIMA from October 2020 to November 2022, where the establishment was recognized in the Michelin Guide for its refined Japanese cuisine. Sergey also contributed to The Markets Group as Managing Director from March 2012 to November 2022, overseeing various culinary ventures including The Crystal Palace Market and The Old Fashioned Bar. Additionally, Sergey served as Finance Director at Sumosan, a prestigious contemporary Japanese restaurant, from August 2000 to February 2012, and has also worked as a Sushi Master and Sushi Chef. Sergey completed education at Birkbeck, University of London, and Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Sciences.
