Tom Dobree

Tom Dobree is an experienced professional in executive search and advisory with a focus on technology and private equity. Currently serving as Associate Partner and Technology Practice Lead at Nova Executive since January 2024, Tom connects top-tier technology executives with investors across North America through retained search and pre-deal advisory services. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Freshminds from May 2016 to January 2024, co-leading the Search team and managing engagements with prestigious consultancies and investment firms. Earlier career experiences include positions at Michael Page, serving as Consultant and Associate Consultant. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in History from The University of Sheffield, earned between 2011 and 2014, and received earlier education at Woodbridge School from 2006 to 2011.
