With over 25 years of success leading teams and creating processes that drive revenue and profitability while optimizing the customer experience, and honored that he is a part of the Nova Flex team.
Jerry was promoted to Flex Support Manager in January of 2023, with a focus on leading three teams – Quotes, Orders, and Customer Service. His goal is to build a customer-centric department that seeks to constantly improve the customer experience at NovaFlex LED.
