James Dugger

James Dugger has a strong background in safety management, with experience as a Safety Manager at various companies including Nova Group, Inc. and Feyen Zylstra. James also served in the US Navy as an Operations Manager. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Columbia Southern University, as well as an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Columbia College. Currently, at Nova Group, Inc., James holds the dual roles of Project Superintendent and Environment, Health and Safety Manager.
