Caroline Bach

Caroline Bach is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in content marketing and organizational management. Currently serving as Marketing Coordinator/Content Marketing Manager at Nova Group, GBC since November 2014, Caroline has updated extensive associate resumes and monitored numerous employee licenses and certifications. As a co-founder of The Lofty Lounge, a membership-based charitable club, Caroline plays a vital role in community engagement. Previous positions include Administrative Intern at Nova Consulting Group, Inc., where administrative tasks and event coordination were managed, and a Marketing Intern at Engage Research, where research and proposal writing supported new business development. Caroline also has experience in coaching youth sports and leadership roles in high school community service organizations. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Mass Communications/Advertising, Caroline uniquely blends marketing expertise with community involvement.
