David Paske, MAI, is the Appraisal Director at Nova Group GBC, where they lead the newly created appraisal division. Previously, David served as Chief Appraiser at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and held roles at BB&T and Boutin Brown Realty Advisors, Inc., accumulating over two decades of experience in real estate analysis and management. David possesses a BS in Real Estate from Florida State University and is recognized for their expertise in property valuation and market assessment, as well as their regulatory competence and leadership skills.
