Currently, Lou serves as the Founder of ESG Solutions Group, focusing on transforming ESG risk and compliance into business opportunities through strategic multi-sector collaborations. In addition to this role, Lou acts as a Strategic Advisor and ESG Practice Leader at ethOs, overseeing consulting services for organizations on their ESG journeys. Lou also holds advisory positions at Nova Group, GBC, The Vomela Companies, and the Green Sports Alliance, guiding efforts toward sustainability, decarbonization, and community health within commercial and sports sectors. Prior to these roles, Lou founded and led Force Multiply, advocating for social good for over three decades. Lou earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint John's University.
