Karen Hacker, LL.B, ICD.D, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles. They served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee, overseeing all legal activities and human resources for a large workforce of staff and volunteers. Previously, they held various senior legal positions, including Vice-President and General Counsel at St. Joseph Communications and General Counsel at Spin Master Ltd. Currently, they are a member of the Board of Directors for Nova Mutual Insurance Company and are pursuing an LL.B at the University of Toronto.
