Dean Bindless

Dean Bindless is a Senior HR professional with over 20 years of learning experience across Australia and Asia. They have extensive expertise in designing and implementing strategic capability development and leadership programs, with a focus on change management and organizational development. Currently self-employed as an OD/Capability Consultant, Dean engages in various projects aimed at building organizational capability. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership and Management from Victoria University and RMIT University, respectively. Recently, Dean has taken a break from permanent roles to focus on project work and travel, actively seeking short-term contract opportunities.
