Helen Nikitenko

Helen Nikitenko is currently the Platform Lead at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand, a position they have held since 2025. They previously gained valuable experience at BAE Systems Australia from 2011 to 2013 in roles including Graduate Application Analyst and Application Analyst. Before that, they worked as a Technical Support Officer at NetSpot Pty Ltd from 2009 to 2011, and as a Desktop Support Officer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2008 to 2009. Helen also served as an IT Applications Support Officer and Team Leader Innovation and Technology at the City of Burnside between 2015 and 2016. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Computing and Multimedia) from the University of South Australia, which was completed in 2011.
