Mark Gorringe is a Principal Operational Systems Consultant and Project Lead at Nova Systems since February 2019, specializing in Defence Capability with a focus on Air and Joint operational capability development. Gorringe currently leads Project ELDON within RAF RCO/AIX, promoting capability development through an agile synthetic environment. Previously, Gorringe served in the RAF from September 2013 to February 2019 as Programme Director for the Gladiator programme, delivering synthetic collective training, and as Chief of Staff for the Joint Air Land Organisation, enhancing Air Land Integration. Earlier roles included Deputy Chief Strategy at US CAOC and Officer Commanding 111(Fighter) Squadron, complemented by extensive operational flying experience on Tornado F3. Gorringe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Management Studies from Brunel University of London.
