Chris Hofstad has extensive experience in management and supply chain roles, currently serving as Division Manager, Business Product Owner for Supply Chain, and Scrum Master/Agile Coach at Nova-Tech Engineering since January 2019. Prior to this, Chris held the position of General Manager at Concrete Products of New London from April 2014 to December 2018, and Assistant General Manager at Menard Inc. from March 2008 to April 2014, after progressing from Yard/Shipping/Receiving Manager at Menard Inc. from June 2006 to March 2008. Earlier career experience includes a role in Internet Customer Service at Schwan's Consumer Brands from 2001 to 2005 and a position on the Production Team at Concrete Products of New London from January 1999 to August 2001. Chris Hofstad earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southwest Minnesota State University, completing studies from 1999 to 2005.
