Dodd Lambert has extensive experience in the automotive and vehicle upfitting industries, currently serving in a Repair/Refurbishing role at Nova-Tech Engineering since April 2022. Prior to this, Dodd held the position of Manager and Lead Technician for Aftermarket Accessories and Vehicle Up-fitting at Fatty Daddy Auto Repair & Sales from December 2017 to April 2022. Dodd’s background also includes serving as Operations Supervisor at Peart & Associates, Inc - Proaction Safety & Sales Division, where oversight of custom vehicle upfitting for public safety was a key responsibility. Dodd's entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of R&D Safety Inc focused on public safety vehicle upfitting and repair. Earlier career roles include Automotive Technician, Assistant Service Manager, and ASE Master Technician at Atwater Ford from 1985 to 1997. Dodd holds a degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Willmar Vo-Tec and completed high school education at New London - Spicer.
