Eric Shaw

Eric Shaw has extensive experience in engineering and production management, currently serving as the Proto Product Owner at Nova-Tech Engineering since April 2019, while also fulfilling the role of Agile Coach and Scrum Master. Prior to this, Eric worked at Custom Roto-Mold, LLC from April 2004 to April 2019, holding various leadership positions including Quality Manager, Plant Manager, and Production Manager, driving personal and company initiatives over a 15-year career. Eric began the professional journey as a Quality Technician at AcroTech Midwest from March 2001 to April 2004.
