Michael Tinio

Michael Tinio currently serves as Vice President of Program Operations and Vice President of Program Management at NOVA Technologies since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated extensive experience at Lockheed Martin from July 2000 to March 2023, holding various positions including Program Manager for the Combat Rescue Helicopter Training Systems and the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program Training Systems, as well as roles in proposals and integrated product team management. Michael's career began in the United States Air Force from February 1991 to September 2000, where responsibilities included serving as a USAF Aviator and Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
