Alvaro Rojas

Alvaro Rojas is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of hyrise since January 2021, Alvaro is dedicated to connecting extraordinary individuals with transformative career opportunities. Previously, Alvaro held multiple leadership roles at Ironhack, including Managing Director of Ironhack Remote, where a new virtual bootcamp initiative was launched, generating $1 million in revenue in its first year. Alvaro also built the Student Outcomes department, achieving an 85%+ outcomes rate for over 1,000 students, and led the European expansion strategy. Prior roles include strategy consultant positions at Hindell Consulting, Casalbor Wines & Spirits, ICEX, and StepOne Ventures, focusing on international trade and market strategies. Alvaro's educational background includes a Master's in Marketing from UCLA and a Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
