Belén C. serves as a Technical Manager for the EGNOS CPFPS Maintenance Project at GMV since March 2020, overseeing observations and non-conformance analysis, GNSS algorithmic problem analysis, progress reporting, and customer meetings. Previously, Belén held the position of Software Engineer for the SouthPAN Project, focusing on software design, implementation, and testing. Additionally, experience as a GNSS Engineer contributed to the development and maintenance of the Central Processing Facility Processing Set under the EGNOS programme. In April 2022, Belén joined Nova Talent as a member, a network for top talent development. Prior professional experience includes a role as a Junior Financial Risk Consultant at EY, where work involved creating financial services through database and programming interface management. Belén holds a Master's degree in Signal Theory and Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with further education in Public and Social Impact.
