Clara Vales serves as an Operations Program Manager at Cigna Healthcare since January 2023, focusing on operational improvements and strategic initiatives within the North American health insurance sector. Clara is also an ambassador for One Young World, engaging in global discussions on social innovation and sustainability, and is an active member of the Nova top-talent network. Clara leads community initiatives at AJPS to drive change in the insurance industry and previously held a managerial role in innovation and financial services transformation at KPMG. Clara’s extensive experience includes marketing and user experience leadership at Generali, where innovative strategies were implemented across various functions, and Clara has held various internships in prestigious law firms, enhancing skills in intellectual property and financial markets. Clara holds dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and further education in leadership and sales management from INSEAD and IE Business School, respectively.
