Emil Jerndal

Emil Jerndal currently serves as COO and Head of M&A at Effektify, and is a member of Nova Talent while mentoring and coaching at the Founder Institute, where Emil ranks as the #2 mentor in the Nordics. Previously, Emil was a partner at Invenio Growth, leading consulting teams and engaging with the Nordic and Baltic innovation ecosystems, notably generating over $1.2 billion in partnerships for Mastercard. Emil's extensive experience includes roles at Mastercard Lighthouse and Cohr Group, where Emil managed post-merger integrations and conducted diligence assessments for private equity clients. Emil co-founded ReCollect, driving sustainable recycling initiatives, and held a business development internship at Procter & Gamble. Emil holds multiple degrees from Lund University and the University of Gothenburg, including a BSc in Business Administration, a BSc in Economics, and an MSc in Accounting and Finance.
