Erica Ward, formerly known as Dahlgren Nurman, is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in communication, business development, and personal branding. Currently serving as a Communications and Content Specialist at Aleido since October 2023, Erica also functions as a Business Developer in Strategy, Compliance & Sustainability. As the Founder of Intrinsic AB since February 2021, Erica specializes in enhancing personal branding for clients in various sectors and facilitates one-on-one courses. Previously, roles included Business Developer at Semcon, where responsibilities encompassed internal and external communications across multiple countries, and IP Strategist at AWA Holding, focusing on competitive advantage identification for clients. Additional experience spans sales at Bröllopsbruket, service roles at Liseberg, and internships in concept development and strategic project leadership. Erica holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Business Design from Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
