Geida Kalia

Geida Kalia is a Digital Transformation Business Consultant at Be | Shaping the Future, managing projects for UniCredit in the Cards Issuing and Acquiring Solutions division since January 2025. Additionally, Kalia serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the European University of Tirana, teaching Investments and International Finance. Previous experience includes a role as a Risk Management and Performance Improvement Consultant at EY, focusing on Basel IV digital transformation, and participation in the CEMS International Business Project with Deloitte. Kalia has also interned at Aon Italia in Trade Credit Brokerage, contributed as a Business Analyst at Damiani & Partners Ltd, and was a finalist in the EssilorLuxottica M&A Challenge.
