Giacomo Salvanelli

Giacomo Salvanelli is the CEO and Co-Founder of MineCrime, an advanced data analytics platform focused on crime risk assessment, since March 2021. Additionally, Giacomo serves as a Startup Mentor at AC75 Startup Accelerator and previously at AWS Startup Loft Accelerator, while also being a Visiting Lecturer on Business and Tech Entrepreneurship at Rome Business School and Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano. Giacomo is actively involved in the Smart City Lab of Rome Capital as a member and is part of the exclusive global network Nova. Past roles include Coordinator of the Crime Analysis Department at MISAP Institute, Researcher in Crime Analysis at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Assistant Psychologist at NHS England. Giacomo’s education includes a Master's degree in Innovation Management from 24ORE Business School and multiple degrees in forensics and psychology from institutions such as the University of Oxford and University of Portsmouth.
