Ignacio Valero Martínez

Ignacio Valero Martínez is an experienced Air-to-Air Refueling Control Systems Engineer and Aerial Refueling Systems Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space since July 2020. In addition to this role, Ignacio is a member of the Nova Talent network, which focuses on talent and knowledge sharing. Ignacio's career includes participation in the distinguished MINDS Graduate Program at Airbus, enhancing theoretical and practical skills through a Master's in Decision-Making and Innovation. Previous experience includes a role as a Quality Engineer at ZINKCLOUD SL, where work involved structural analysis for the Airbus A350, and hospitality jobs with the New South Wales Government. Ignacio holds a B.E. in Aerospace Engineering and an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, alongside additional studies at Universidade de São Paulo and post-graduate education in soft skills from EOI Business School.
