Kamal Amade

Kamal Amade is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Member at Nova since February 2024. Previously, Kamal held the position of Corporate Finance and M&A Director at Vilar Riba from November 2023 to August 2025, where significant achievements included leading valuation and financial analysis for a VC portfolio, contributing to fundraising efforts, and executing the valuation for an IPO. As M&A Associate Director at Closa from January 2021 to October 2023, Kamal facilitated major transactions and implemented digital transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency. Kamal also has experience as a Corporate Finance Lecturer at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and as an M&A Associate and Analyst at CREA INVERSION, managing teams and developing financial models for various acquisitions and sales.
