Silvia Lama serves as Associate Director for the UBS Global Visionaries program, managing a global accelerator that supports impact entrepreneurs addressing critical global challenges. Silvia's experience spans roles within UBS, including digital sales product management and business development, as well as educational contributions as a visiting lecturer and startup mentor at various institutions. As the founder of Keys for Change, a community aimed at leveraging music for social impact, and a concert pianist with extensive teaching experience, Silvia combines a passion for social change with a strong background in the arts and education.
