Sol Demetrio

Sol Demetrio is a Senior Talent Scouter at Nova Talent, a global top-talent network. Sol has a background in psychology, with experience in clinical psychology, youth employment, and inclusive education. Sol also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate course in Mental Health with a gender perspective. Sol took a break to travel before joining Nova Talent in August 2021.
