Stefano Cameli, EMBA, serves as the Site Leader for Amazon's Pathways Program, a prestigious initiative aimed at developing top MBA graduates into future leaders. With extensive experience in program management and engineering, Stefano has previously held key positions at organizations including Prysmian Group, where substantial market share increases and project efficiencies were achieved, and NeroSuBianco, where innovative marketing strategies led to significant revenue growth. In addition to current roles in mentoring with Mentors4u and as a member of NOVA Talent, Stefano's educational background features an Executive Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and a Master's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Durham University.
