Sr. Channel Sales Manager

James Noble has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. James started as a Senior Sales Associate at RadioShack, where they provided face to face customer service and advised and educated customers on computers and electronics. In 1997, they moved to PC Mall as a Senior Account Executive, where they had 15+ years of experience in B2B and B2C direct sales and acted as a channel partner advocate. In 2013, they worked as a Computer Sales Associate at Fry's Electronics, where they provided exceptional customer service and repeat business and was able to solve customers' objections while maintaining a professional work ethic. In 2015, they moved to Time Warner Cable as a Retention CSP, where they were responsible for retaining customers and reinforcing the value of TWC core products, as well as providing timely and efficient solutions. Currently, they are a Channel Sales Manager at NovaBACKUP, helping clients and MSP's preserve their local and off-site data while avoiding malware and other serious threats, and educating them on best practices on keeping their data safe.

James Noble attended Los Angeles City College from 1989-1991, studying Computer Science. James also holds a certification from Franklin Covey.
