Lien Callens

Lien Callens serves as the Board President at Novable since January 2024, focusing on innovation scouting for digital services. Callens has been a board member at De Watergroep since January 2021 and at Azulatis n.v. since January 2023. An independent strategic advisor at Callens & Bruynoghe since July 2018, Callens also contributes as a business mentor at imec.istart and conducts research on energy self-sufficiency solutions for residential homes. Additionally, Callens has been a member of Women on Board Belgium since October 2018, served as CIO at TVH Parts from May 2019 to August 2022, and held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from October 1994 to June 2018. Callens holds a Master of Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering from KULeuven and is currently undertaking the International Directors Program at INSEAD.
