Brian MacClaren is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of NOVACES, a firm dedicated to enhancing operational performance across government, military, and business sectors through management consulting. They served as a Board Member and President of the New Jersey Chapter for the Entrepreneurs' Organization from 2015 to 2020, supporting a global network of business owners. Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a Project Engineer at the University of New Orleans, contributing to significant advancements in Lean Six Sigma applications within the U.S. shipbuilding industry. Brian is currently pursuing multiple degrees at the University of New Orleans in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, and Engineering Management.
