Joe Troy is a high-performance senior executive with Fortune 1000 experience and a track record in corporate development, strategic leadership, and capital markets. They have more than 28 years of progressive experience in capital markets, including IPOs and raising a cumulative $4 billion across equity and debt products, and they led investor relations, capital raising, and the leadership of a $235 million revenue mortgage finance subsidiary during tenure at Walter Industries. They have served as an independent Director for Cellu Tissue Holdings and held board or advisory roles with Fisher Communications, Quality Distribution, and the CEO Council of Tampa Bay.
