Dilan Kurt

Dilan Kurt is the Co-Founder and CEO of NovaForge, leading the development of a human-first AI recruitment agent that enhances hiring processes through innovative analysis of voice interviews. Previously, Dilan co-founded Infodeal Business Solutions, serving as Managing Director and building the Turkey branch of TicketNetwork, managing a diverse team of around 150 individuals. Dilan also held the position of Managing Director at Connecticut Biotech, contributing to the intersection of science and technology. Experience includes a role as Product Manager at Prelio, specializing in presales CRM software, alongside earlier roles as a Product Manager Intern and Library Assistant. Dilan holds a degree in Anthropology and International Studies from Trinity College-Hartford and has pursued additional studies in Sociology at Boğaziçi University.
