Novak Birks P.C. was founded in 1977 by Roger Novak and in 1984, Richard Birks joined the firm. Roger and Rich’s collective expertise is in the areas of accounting and auditing, with particular emphasis in small businesses, governmental, non-for-profit entities, and benefit funds. We employ 17 professionals, including 11 certified public accountants at our three locations in Lenexa, Kansas, Independence, Missouri, and Kansas City, Missouri, on the east side of the Country Club Plaza. Novak Birks P.C. has a strong history of performing unique engagements such as compliance auditing, employer withdrawal liability, single audit, and payroll auditing.
