Noval Consulting is an AI strategy and delivery firm helping European organisations build the right AI capabilities — not just deploy the latest tools.
We specialise in three areas:

- AI Strategy & Delivery — business-case-led AI development that delivers measurable results
- EU AI Act Compliance — practical, commercially grounded compliance programmes for regulated industries
- Public Sector AI Transformation — working with government and public bodies to deploy responsible AI at scale

Founded by Eoin Lane — former Global Head of AI at BNY Mellon, IBM Master Inventor, Adjunct Professor at Trinity Business School, and Research Fellow at the ADAPT Centre.
