Dean Sieglaff

Dean Sieglaff has extensive experience in system engineering and education, currently serving as the System Engineering Manager at Nova Measuring Instruments since June 2017, focusing on high-tech material metrology wafer tools. Prior roles include Senior System Engineer at ULTRA t Equipment Company, Inc. from August 2015 to May 2017, and Associate Professor at Nebraska Wesleyan University for seven years, where innovative learning methods were employed. Dean has held academic positions at Augustana College and Grove City College, teaching undergraduate physics with a strong emphasis on active learning and technology integration. Experience also includes systems engineering consultancy at KLA-Tencor and research roles at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and Rice University. Dean holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Rice University and a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Saint Olaf College.
