Dr Thomas Schütt

Dr. Thomas Schütt is the General Manager of the Chemical Metrology Division and Sentronics at Nova Ltd., where they are also a member of the executive management team since 2023. Previously, Dr. Schütt held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Siltronic AG from 2013 to 2016, and has extensive experience in sales, technology, and production within the semiconductor sector. They completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, where they studied from 1992 to 2001, and served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from 2001 to 2002. Known for their strong people management skills, Dr. Schütt has successfully navigated complex stakeholder relationships across diverse cultures throughout their career.
